'Making Great Music in the Classroom'
A workshop full of ideas for teaching creative music & movement to children!

Featured Presenters:

Jennifer Gillan works at Melba Conservatorium and the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School teaching choirs, small vocal ensembles and musicianship. She is also music pastor at South Yarra Baptist Church. She has taught in London and studied at the Kodaly Institute in Hungary, given presentations in the USA and is currently secretary of the Victorian Kodály Committee and the School Music Action Group.

Carolyn Royal is currently the Music Specialist at a co-educational school in Melbourne, working with students from Prep to Year 12, and has also presented workshops around Australia, in the USA and Spain. She has been on the VOSA committee for many years, was leader of the well-known young percussion group 'Emenji', and is also a committee member of ANCOS, the National Orff Schulwerk body.
